Sublet for Spring Semester!!

Description

Looking to sublet my apartment for the Spring Semester (January through May). 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, only one room is available. There is one other roommate, Katelyn, who is a UT student also. The bedroom available is the master bedroom, with attached bathroom and walk-in closet with a large desk area outside the bedroom door.
Looking for a female roommate between the ages of 18-24 preferably a professional or student in the area. Looking for a respectfil, social, kind roommate who is responsible for rent and bills.
Rent is $501 a month (this includes trash, water, and renters insurance), Internet and Electric combined have been between $65-75 per roommate each month.
