I am interested in the room for rent, need this Friday will pay 2 months upfront. My name is Quincy Richter, 27/M graduate student at ASU, just started in August. Did undergrad in Omaha. From North Dakota, but have lived/worked/studied in CO,MN, SD,CA, NE over the past 7 years. Am clean, mellow, like live music/ most music, dancing, riding both mtn and road bicycles.
