Roommate needed in Marietta!

2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with 1 bedroom with private bath ready for rent! Furnished with flat screen TV and large closet. I am in a gated community near Krogers and a shopping center. Very close to I 75! I'm about a 5 minute drive to the interstate. The community has great amenities. Dog park, 2 pools, tennis court, fitness center which you'd have access to and plenty of parking (not covered). I work and go to school and am a single mother. We're quiet laid back people and are in and out alot. We leave fairly early in the morning however I do work alot from home(mostly mornings) and take classes in the afternoon 5 days a week. We have 2 little babies (dogs) so we are open to other pets as long as they get along with our little ones. Open to sharing my home with the right roommate! Access to cable and high speed internet. Washer and dryer are in home. Looking for a clean, young professional who is friendly and flexible. Preferably no smoking however outside smoking is ok. I do have a patio area with a table and bbq which can also be shared. Rent will include utilities and cable.
