Furnished Room in Watetfront House

The house is located on Twelfth
Ave in Pensacola between East Hill and Cordova Park. It is also very close to Cordova Mall and Pensacola State College. UWF and NAS Pensacola is fifteen+ min away. Living here is very peaceful.

I live on a beautiful acre+ of land that is on the water. There is also a dock and hot tub. The room that I am renting is a very nice furnished room with a large private balcony and large walk-in closet. It’s almost like your own aptm bec it’s the only room on the second floor. The bed is Ikea and the mattress is an almost new foam mattress. The very large closet has 2 clothes bars, a chest of drawers and shelving in it. The house has central heat and air conditioning.

The application process is quite simply. You tell me a little bit about yourself to include a little bit about your personality and traits as well what type of work that you do. We schedule a meeting( prob at Starbucks) to see if we would be compatible roommates. Note: I am looking for a roommate not a romantic situation.

If you seem like a good fit I will have you do a brief rental application and if that looks good you can see the house and do a background check. This room is for only 1 person.
