Hi,
am looking for a 3rd roommate for a 3 bedroom apartment. Address is 123 Highland Ave, Newark NJ 07104. The Apartment is freshly painted, High ceilings and large kitchen and plenty of sunlight. The room has a large closet.
We are two professional cooks here. I am respectful of the other guy working the night shift and keep it quiet while he is sleeping. We keep this place very clean and expect the same of the the new person. Please no irresponsible loud get together. Of course you can bring your friends . But be mindful of room mates. The rent is very low. 350 a month. Deposit is 350. Refundable with a months notice prior to moving in future. Utilities are shared among 3 persons.
This place is close to transportation. 8 minutes to light rail. Just a minute to bloomfield ave with a lot of buses. Laundry is 2 minutes away. I have travelled late night from work and is safe.
