395$/month w/internet/gas/trash

Description

I plan to move to somewhere closer to school, so I am looking for someone who will take over my apartment room.

It's a private bedroom/bathroom in 4 bedroom apartment at Campus Evolution vilalge, and 395$/month including internet, gas, trash. Electricity/water/sewer is separate, and depends on how much you use, so it will be total 440~450 per month. The apartmet has a big pool, tennist court, volley ball court, and hammocks too

The apartment has a built in desk, microwave, dryer/washer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, and over. Basically all you need is your own furniture.

There is only one roommate right now living in my apartment, and he is very quiet and reliable.
