My roommate recently moved out to live with her fiancé across town and I am looking for a female young professional, medical, or graduate student to fill her spot in my large two bed, two full bath first floor apartment.

Located on Kemper Lane right by Columbia Parkway and across from Eden Park, the house is an ideal spot and close to downtown. Rent for the available bedroom is $465 per month plus half of the Duke Energy bill and half of the cable/wifi bill. Everything else is covered by our landlord. Laundry is coin operated in the basement and there is storage down there, as well. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and will share the kitchen, living room and sun room common spaces.
