Attention female students only please! Hello we have 2 rooms to rent out of our basement they are equipped with beds night stands, and dressers, 1 room is $650.00 the other room is $600.00. Everything is included laundry, utilities, satelite tv hook ups, free wifi, telephone in the house.
The basement has a separate kitchen & dining room, we will be getting a fridge & counter stove for the kitchen downstairs, dishes , towels, sheets, pillows all bedding ect are all provided . separate bathroom downstairs, separate entrance, it has it's own living room with couch. We dont supply the tvs or computers but you can bring your own.
We are a Family that live upstairs. We don't smoke in the house however we do have a smoking area in the garage , no drugs at all to be used inside or outside the home while you stay with us, no alcohol in the house, and no coming home drunk please or you will be asked to leave without notice. The reason I am saying this is so that you do understand that I am looking for quiet tenant that will be welcome into our home.
I will accept people who have ID for themselves, I will do a little check on the persons Character, im not interested in credit checks, but I want to know a little about the people who spend time inside my home,
