Private Room w/AMAZING amenities

Description

I am a professional female who's looking to provide a private bedroom for rent. I am looking to rent to a professional female with no pets or children. As long as you are respectful, pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself, we should be fine.

You will have your own private bedroom, walk-in closet and private full-bath. All utilities (electricity, wi-fi, water) are included except the gas bill (Gas covers heating and hot water). You're welcome to watch TV (I have DirecTV) in the Living Room however if you would like to hook up a TV in the bedroom, there would be an additional fee to cover the cost of an extra box.

Tenants are also welcome to use the washer & dryer, the porch as well as access to my parking garage. Additionally you'll have access to some fitness equipment.
