I recently purchased a new home and I am looking for a couple of roommates. Rent would be $600 all bills paid. The home is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and it's in a great, safe neighborhood. The house isn't furnished, so you'd have to bring your own personal belongings to jazz up the place. My prospective roommates must be clean and respectful. I'm a very easy guy to live with and I've never had any conflicts with roommates. I'm an elementary school teacher, so I'd prefer roommates that have a steady career and who understand the value of sleep on work nights.
