Great neighborhood with great people around the apartment, haven't had any trouble with the management, and the grounds are well kept and clean. There is a pool, community garden, a volleyball court, and off street parking, as well as an on gym. The room itself is the master bedroom, so you get a walk in closet and an in room bathroom. The person living in said room now is super clean, so no worries about stains or anything like that.
