Nice condo Unfurnished room

Description

I looking to rent out my second bedroom that's unfurnished in my condo its gated safe area . Glendale ave / 17 ave close to central phoenix to everything and not a far communit to Scottsdale / north phoenix . The condo good size over 1,000 sq feet , all modern inside bathroom is large but is shared and pet friendly , has community pool , firer pit , large area for dogs to run also has laundry on . Clean and HOA Association quiet , nice community and I feel at home here !
About me I'm young professional 31yr chef , work full time , responsible , fun , down to earth, fun ,into sports, fitness , art / cooking , boating ,very respectful , like to keep the house clean picked up etc .

Wanted to find a responsible but also down to earth social person, that we can hangout , grab a cup of coffee or just chill once in a while and that were respectful of each other's space and that it's happy living sisuation . I want someone that will pay there rent on time ,down to earth, fun , no drama and no crazy parting .
I do drink socially , don't smoke and don't mind if you smoke just please smoke outside .

Rent includes all utlitiies , full use of the condo including community pool , assigned parking etc.
