Hello, I am offering a home-share opportunity with a month to month lease. I have two private, furnished bedrooms with a connecting bath available for rent. May be rented individually, or together with an additional cost. Basement storage space available as well as garage parking. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room would be shared space. I have two precious cats which are my whole world. Their safety is of top importance.

**Based on some of the respondents, I believe it is important that you, as a prospective tenant, know the following:
(1) This is a female only household. If you are a male or have ever been a male, thank you for your interest, but you shouldn't waste your time messaging me.
(2) I am looking for mature applicants in my age range who wish to be part of the household. Ages 21-36 (No "keeps to self" people.)
(3) ABSOLUTELY no smoking, drug use or partying in my house. I maintain a clean, quiet, peaceful household.
(4) I am an animal lover, so I am sorry to say this, but no additional pets will be accepted in the household at this time.
