Looking for a female roommate, s age range! Cute bathroom house, walk in closets. Hardwood floors downstairs, laundry in the basement. I do have a 6 year old standard poodle mix, he is extremely friendly and very quiet. He’s well behaved and does extremely well with new people. I work night shift at a local hospital, so I get home early AM and get up early afternoon. I’m a quiet individual. I don’t party. I often visit my best friend up the road and occasionally spend the night with her and her husband with my dog. So my roommate would often have the house to herself! There is a small garage I currently use for storage. Roommate would be welcome to that storage space as well! The house is presently furnished, but if you have furniture you don’t want to let go we can absolutely discuss that! However, the bedroom would not be furnished besides a nightstand that I am happy to share. Will update with pictures shortly or reach out to me if post hasn’t been updated yet!
