It’s two bedroom 1 bath, one of the rooms will be yours. It has a small closet, has a window and a door that locks. The kitchen and living room are furnished, there’s not too much room for new kitchen items, but obviously you’re welcome to use any of the items. It has laundry and dryer in the unit, a gas heater, ac in the living room, gas stove/over, a microwave, and a fireplace. I have a video walk through I can send you. I’m not home currently and don’t have pictures. It’s a tucked away multi plex with no through traffic, I feel very safe here. I have 5 other neighbors, they are all respectful. There’s a small shared front yard with a small grass area and trees. I’m a yo male that works in the biotech industry, m-f. I’d say I’m home like half the time. Someone around my age would be nice.
