Someone respectful, easy to get along with would be great,, preferably somewhat clean, at least in the common areas.

Nice and comfortable townhouse in Maryland Heights. I'm a professional, easy-going guy. Have had female roommates before and prefer them. I have the space and am happy to share it. It would be a great place for a student who needs a good study atmosphere.
