I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share my -bath apartment, you would be getting the smaller room of the two (around sq. ft. In total for the whole apartment) in East Vancouver, conveniently located off Mill Plain and I-, the room will be open April 1st!

A bit about me: I’m a -year-old male, musician and gamer, and I’m hoping to find someone around my age (but it’s not a dealbreaker). I have a sweet, energetic 3-year-old dog who loves people, kids, and other animals, so ideally, I’d prefer a pet-free roommate unless your animal is up-to-date on shots and gets along well with others.
