We have an available private room and large private bath in our -bathroom

house.

Room details:
The room is ft with a large closet. Includes air conditioner, ethernet jack (as well as wifi), and laundry across the hall. Bathroom is large and clean with bathtub/shower

House details:
+ sq foot new construction home with two floors, back deck, yard. We keep the shared areas (the open-plan living room, dining room and fully loaded kitchen) pretty clean, though we do have a quiet 8 year-old half time (and lots of Lego), very happy medium-sized dog (non barker/shedder who will greet you with absolute joy every time you come home) and outdoor cat. We are VERY respectful of space, peace and privacy. We're about 4 blocks from bus, minute walk to downtown St. Johns, 2 blocks from a huge forested park (with disk golf).

Seeking:
Reliable, employed (or going to school) non-partier type person who is comfortable around kiddos. We are four twenny friendly but never inside the house or around kids.
