Hi, my name is Joe. I am a senior & I travel a lot for work so I'm not here much in fact I'm at home less then half the month, I'm looking for someone that is ok with sharing a bathroom part time since I’m gone a lot but most of the time you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Any roommate has to be at least fiftyfive years old or older years or be disabled to join me in this senior complex. The room is in San Diego in the area of Linda Vista. close to shopping The monthly rent is affordable + a share of the utilities or all of them if you want to use an air conditioner. The space available is negotiable but it is upstairs. So if you can manage one flight of stairs and you are a senior then lets talk. I am LGBTQ. The apartment is small. So be warned lol. It’s a one bedroom so we will have to figure out sleeping arrangements, which could be anything from a nice comfortable single bed in the living room area or a pull out hide a bed possibly. We have picnic tables out front that are for our use laundry on easily walking distance to the bus, which is really close to the old town transit station and super easy to get to the airport from here.
