Everyone who lives at the house are trustworthy, friendly, quiet, professionals who mostly keep to themselves. Everyone cleans up after themselves and the common areas of the house get deep cleaned by either the property manager or a professional housekeeper every two weeks. The neighborhood is tucked away, safe and quiet. A bunch of neighbors walk their dogs through the neighborhood. It’s close to public transportation. Common amenities like toilet paper and paper towels and laundry soap are provided and included in the rent along with utilities and WiFi internet.
