Hi everyone! I am subleasing my room sometime between july 5 to august (any date range within this period). Open to discussing a takeover as well!

It is a fully furnished house with bedrooms, 6 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The unit has a washer and dryer. The house is located right beside Ravenna Park. Close to bus stops #, short walk to University Village and -minute walk to UW campus.

My room is located on the main floor and I share a bathroom with one housemate. The room has a huge closet, but I am not leaving my bed, desk, and chair as in the pictures. I am looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces.

No smoking, no pets and no outside shoes inside the house.
