Hello,

I’m looking for a roommate starting ASAP to renew a one-year lease or finish out my lease and then go out seperate ways. If we hit it off then also willing to find a new place together. The apartment is a two-bedroom in the Greenwood area, and rent is $ each, with utilities and the light bill averaging about $ each. There’s free parking, and shared laundry facilities are located downstairs.

I have friendly, two more shy) and a very cuddly dog.

I’m generally a homebody during the winter months but love getting outside in the summer for hiking, camping, and road trips with my dog. Bonus points if you enjoy hiking too! I also love trying out new restaurants and exploring all that Washington has to offer—there’s always something fun to do here. On quieter days, I’m into puzzles and reading, so if you’re a fellow bookworm or puzzle enthusiast, we’ll get along great!

The apartment is conveniently located near QFC, and there are walkable restaurants and shops nearby.

I’m looking for a roommate who is also an animal lover, enjoys hanging out on occasion—maybe sharing a meal, watching a movie, or just having a good chat—but also values their own space. A shared appreciation for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere is a must!
