ISO a roommate starting April 1.
Apartment details: sqft, dishwasher, bathtub, laundry on sight, lots of parking, second floor corner unit, room is the larger of the closets one with mirrored doors. Between th and Washington, you can smell the Babydoll pizza and it is difficult not to indulge everyday.

Me: , she/her, Pisces, teacher, friendly, LGBTQ+, Nazi hating, animal lover, Movie/Fiction/true crime lover, couch potato who is always down for a side quest. Sweet, weird and quirky. Quit vaping tobacco and daydream about it often...i bake from time to time. My personal core values are Kindness, understanding and playfulness.

You: Have a job, friendly, open communication, have boundaries, secure enough to talk about /listen to needs and wants, not overwhelmingly messy, pays rent on time, a plant freak cause I'm not and i like people who are. Don't abuse substances. Enjoyed the movie The Substance. If you have an fur baby you need to make them a service animal cause APM are haters but they respect that.
