Sublease needed

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom apartment in first hill/ Capitol Hill it’s right next to Seattle Univeristy! I am ideally looking for a student to take over for the spring quarter since I’ll be studying abroad! The room will be available before spring quarter begins march th and it would be available until June th. Please let me know if you are interested all utilities are included! I have 2 roommates who are also studying at Seattle University so it would be a shared space the pricing for my half is $ per month. Amenities include fully furnished room with a desk and couch chair!
