I have one room furnished with new furniture from Rooms to Go with a shared bathroom. Bathroom is shared with a mid 's male. The room includes all utilities and high-speed internet. We are a new 3-bedroom townhouse in a new neighborhood walking distance to Lowes Grocery and very close to Tanger Outlets and . Smoking only allowed outside and friendly.
Deposit is $ and is fully refundable minus cleaning fee of $ (Or we can work out an agreement if you can make it or leave it as the original condition, I will refund the cleaning fee as well.)
Fully equipped kitchen with many cooking gadgets, in OLED flat screen tv, bricked in back patio, and garage for limited storage upon owner's permission.
All new furniture in house and in a very safe neighborhood close to many restaurants, Walmart, etc.
Room has large double door closet and another double door closet in hallway with half reserved space for you.
No overnight guests!
No loud music of phone conversations, wear a headset!
Must keep areas clean and be respectful of others and their privacy.
Rent is due on the 1st, payments after the 1st will result in a $ late fee per month.
If rent has not been received by the end of the 5th day of the month, the eviction process will begin.
