I live in a highly urbanized neighborhood, specifically in Lynn, which is north of Boston. Our family-owned property has a fully furnished room that includes a comfortable full-size bed, a large dresser, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. Please be aware that renovations are in progress, so the common areas are currently unfurnished. We are looking for a responsible, clean, drug-free, and mature adult with stable employment. If you're interested, we can send you an application link. Due to high demand, initial interviews and virtual house tours will be conducted via phone. Here’s how to apply for the room:

1. We’ll start with a phone interview to learn more about you.
2. You can take a virtual tour of the house.
3. Complete the rental application.
4. We’ll check your references.
5. If everything looks good, you can schedule an in-person visit to see the room.
6. To secure the room, a security deposit and the first month’s rent ($) will be required.

Prospective tenants must submit a completed application along with landlord references and housing information for verification. After the phone interview and virtual tour, we encourage you to submit your application to begin the process. On the day of your visit, the first month’s rent and security deposit will be due. Please note that common areas, including the bathroom and kitchen, are shared, with limited kitchen access. The room is quiet and ideal for a mature working adult. We prefer drama-free individuals, limited visitors, and no overnight guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets, as we have a resident cat named Ms. Luna.
