One the edge of West Chester and right next to Exton

Me and one other roommate; you will both share a bathroom and I’ll have a private one.

The house is fully furnished with a kitchen area, washer and dryer private parking and storage area, except for your own room.

I have a dog his name is Marcus. He won’t bother you. He doesn’t really care for anybody except for me.

We are very low key and don't really make much noise or have people over.
