I’m seeking someone to take over my lease at Aspen Heights University City in Charlotte, NC.

Details:

Rent: $/month plus valet trash and electricity bill (no more than $ each month)

Availability: Early February , (February rent is covered)

Townhouse Layout: Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom in a 4-bedroom townhouse; you’ll have 3 other roommates.

Amenities: Fully furnished, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed internet, fitness center, swimming pool, study lounges, and a private shuttle to UNC Charlotte campus.

Location Perks: Walking distance to UNC Charlotte, close to shopping centers like Target and Trader Joe’s, and nearby dining options including Boardwalk Billy’s Raw Bar and Ribs and Chick-fil-A.

Pet Policy: Pet-friendly community but you do have to pay a fee.
