I am looking for two roommates in a -bathroom apartment from March , to February . Each roommate will have their bedroom and share the second bathroom.

A furnished apartment with a large living room, a boloney, a washer/dryer, and an in-building gym.

Utilities: gas, electricity, and wifi usually run $ per person per month.

The location is convenient, close to delicious restaurants and chill bars. Moreover, it is a 7-minute walk to the G train (Greenpoint). and a 1-minute walk to the Ferry.

The lease starts on March 1st, and I am planning to renew the lease.

A little about me: I am a part-time faculty at Columbia University and a full-time blockchain engineer. I love to go out just as much as I stay in.
