The current roommates are two friendly female students. The apartment offers a good gym, hot tubs, and occasional freebies and events in the office. Base rent is $, with utilities and pet rent (or parking) it comes out to about $ a month, depending on your usage, so typically lower in the summer-higher in the winter. You can still get a renewal if you want the apartment longer if you act on this quick! The apartment is located about a mile east of the skydome, making it one of the closest off-campus apartments to campus as well as a very short walk to NAU shuttle or city bus stops.
