Looking for someone to take over my lease at Platt Park Windsor. The apartment is west facing with partial mountain views.

The company supports a lease transfer and you will assume my lease rate and term. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have loved it but have to move.

The lease goes through January
The apartment is style sqft with a large living room and a built in desk and walk in closet.

There is a year-round heated pool and nice workout facility, as well as different patios and grill areas.

Move in date is flexible between February . I will cover all of Februarys base rent regardless of move-in date

You will be saving ~$ from the listed market rate for the same unit monthly.
