Looking for a young male professional to fill a vacant room (unfurnished) on Purdue Avenue, just a short walk from the great restaurants on Sawtelle Boulevard and quick drive to the beach. The room is spacious with a balcony attached and comes with a gated and covered parking space. Living room and kitchen are very big, with beautiful view of the sunset. Roommates are two young professional males, so looking for someone who is clean and respectful of work/sleep schedules. Must have good credit. No pets. February or March 1 move-in preferred.
