1 Room for Rent

Description

Subleasing one bedroom out! This is a bathroom duplex with a private backyard. The bedroom is currently my office, but I cannot afford to rent both rooms. The private bathroom is directly across the hall. There is a closet in the bedroom, which is pretty sizeable (right now, I have all of my camping gear in there, but I will move everything out upon finding someone). Located on the green belt and right across from Taco Deli and Royal Blue Market, which is incredibly convenient. Also, it's only a mile from Zilker/Barton Springs on the Green Belt. There is a one-car garage where I store my boat and other things. There is plenty of space to store more items, but the boat will need to stay inside the garage.

I am years old, just finished graduate school, and am currently looking for employment. I am very clean and would like the place to stay that way. I have a 6-year-old Saint Berdoodle who is very friendly and chill. I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain biking, and fishing. I also love to go out and drink some beers at the end of a long day!
