Hello! My boyfriend and I have a room available to sublet starting February th or earlier (flexible). We live in a spacious house in Oakwood Village (St Clair West and Oakwood). Rent is $ monthly plus utilities or $ weekly. If you’re a couple, we’d ask for $ monthly (negotiable). The room can be furnished or unfurnished

THE SPACE:
* Our house is a bathroom with 4 floors— main floor (living room, kitchen, dining room), upstairs (2 bedrooms + bathroom), attic (office + reading space + spare bed), and basement (office, laundry, second bathroom, storage).
* You would be sharing the space with myself and my boyfriend, Zach, and our two very friendly (and quiet) dogs. 🐶 We are laid back, we enjoy taking care of our home, and we are looking forward to having someone (or a couple) join us!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
* Groceries: No Frills (3 min walk), many independent grocers within a min walk
* Multiple cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms within a min walk

TRANSIT:
* Buses: comes every mins and goes North to Eglinton West subway station and South to Ossington station (about mins each way). also goes to Ossington station in South will take you to Liberty Village and Exhibition Go in mins.
* Streetcar: goes to St Clair West and St Clair subway stations
* No onsite parking; street parking requires permit from the city.
* Bikes can be stored in our spacious backyard shed.
