We are a Vietnamese family with a total of four people who lives on the 3rd floor. We are friendly and share kitchen supplies. During holidays, you are very welcome to eat with us.

Our house is built about ten years ago. Your room is on the first floor and it is the coolest room in the house. The room's temperature is comfortable in hot weather. There is a full restroom on the first floor (shared with 1 other renter). You can also use the restroom (toilet and sink only) on the second floor. The washer and dryer are in the garage. They are not coin-operated. There is parking right in front of the house and it is off the street; a safe place to park. Down the hill is the bus number which goes straight to downtown Seattle and Broadway.


The room is furnished with a queen mattress, bed stand, a small computer table (not in the photo), a computer chair (not in the photo) and a small refrigerator. The room has bamboo flooring. There is a small closet outside of the room.
