clean and quiet

hello 38 year old woman ,,, no pets or kids no smoking drugs or alcohol , no loud noise or boyfriends or girlfriends ,,, very clean ,, and neat ,, doesnt leave lights or tv on ,, wash laundry at the laundry matt ,,, own a car ,, steady income last 15 years but not enough to move into an apartment ,just room. i study and work , ,, looking for place thats clean with no cats and not lots of junk ,,, becuase i have allergies and always cleaning :)
