This is a clean, updated, and quiet duplex. The room is privately located in the basement along with a bathroom and laundry! Off street and street parking available. Cable and internet are included, rent is $365 plus other utilities. I will be January rent! Lease will start January 1st, but I can move out sooner if you would like to move before then!
