Looking for an independent female roommate between years old. Room is unfurnished, Furniture shown for size comparison(queen size bed), bathroom is detached from bedroom. Use of entire home. Non-smoker, but friendly, outside. I have children and grandchildren in the area and occasionally have grandchildren stay the night/weekend; I am happy to have your grandchildren stay the night occasionally as well, I have a third bedroom for them. I’m in the area. I have three small dogs and am not interested in any additional pets in the home. Criminal background check required. This could be a long term rental for the right person. Rental rate includes all utilities (not cable tv), WiFi,
trash, some streaming services.
