The house is very spacious with open concept layout and shared kitchen and living room. In-unit laundry. Porch that gets great sunlight in the afternoon. Easy and ample street parking.

2 roommates, female in her s and male in late s. The male is rarely here but is also looking for sublet for his room. Female is a nanny and works out of the house 5 days/week. She is very friendly and enjoys a clean and tidy relaxed space, no large groups/parties.

Looking for working professional or student in their s who is clean and respectful of common spaces. Understands reasonable quiet hours, especially during the work week.
