Description

I have a cute room with cable and TV included. I have Xfinity wireless internet and home alarm security system with cameras. Prefer quiet professional male or female but will consider students/freelancers with income. Full kitchen and laundry privileges. In general I will not allow overnight guests. Kids are an exception. No drug users or smokers. Must be clean and keep bathroom and room clean. Renter will be sharing house with male friend and myself. We are both quiet mature professionals and travel on occasion.
