Female Roomate Wanted - Nice house

Hi,

I am looking for a clean, responsible female to move into a house in San Carlos Park by Jan. 1 or sooner. Preferable age group is anywhere from 20-30. The location is convenient, only being one minute away from 75 and Gulf Coast Town Center. Southwest International Airport is a 5 minute drive away. A Dunkin Donuts and gas station are within walking distance (less than 1 block away).

It has 3 bedrooms so you would be sharing the house with two other females. The current roommates prefer someone quiet with a job. It is a nice home for the area with a fenced in backyard, an outdoor patio and a spacious living room and dining room.

The rent cost is $484 per month plus utilities which averages to about $550 total each month. There is a washer and dryer in the home. Internet is included but we do not have cable to save money - If you would like cable you could discuss with other roommates to set up.
