Hello, My name is Ashley I'm 30 and my roomie Michael is 26. We live VERY close to Gate 1 and 2 to access Fort Carson. So, for any of you military personnel that's very IDEAL, makes for a quick commute to base.

I have 1 room available beginning January 1st. Monthly rent is $600 + $200 non refundable deposit. Rent covers your share of rent and all utilities and you'll have full access to everything in the house: furniture, cable/internet, kitchenware etc.

I'm looking for 1 more AWESOME fun loving FEMALE roomie to come share my 3 bedroom apartment with my roomie and I. My ideal roomie would be someone that cleans up after themselves, responsible, reliable, trustworthy and fun to be around. DRAMA FREE is a MUST!!!!

We're pretty chill people and very easy to get along with. I work at a dispensary so yes I am 420 friendly. And Michael works for a restoration company.

I do have 2 pets whom are my babies Oscar (dog/Yorkie) and Pepper (cat) so no one with pet allergies preferably. I keep a fairly clean house, so please be like minded.
