needing to move this spring-ish

Hi! I’m , afab, I need to move out by April as my mom is selling the house , and moving back Tennessee ! This is exciting and very smart career choice for her! However as I do not have a job atm 💀 not the best for me! But ik I can pay at least 2 months rent up front !
