Got a room open in Southeast Austin, it's all bills paid so the price includes the wifi, electric, water, lawn mowing, and twice a month maid cleaning of the common areas, basically there’s no other fees or bills.

Cool roommates, very responsible people, nice, safe, quiet spot to chill while saving a bunch in rent costs and living in a clean, newer, big house with big common areas.

Super safe neighborhood great for going on walks, we got a nice park just a few blocks away.
Taco truck a block away we just call them and the order’s ready and we just walk over to pick our fat tacos up.
Food Truck park really close with like food trucks.
Coolest thing about this spot is roomies are all responsible guys so everyone feels safe and house stays quiet so folks can chill in peace every day. Peace and quiet is the main thing here and the guys love that.
