Room near UCF for $470

Description

I am currently looking for someone, preferably female, to take over my part of the lease of a large 4 bedroom/2 bathroom near UCF and Waterford Lakes. The lease is through July 31st. My job is transferring me to another state and hopefully need someone to take over ASAP. It's available starting December 24th. If needed sooner, we can arrange something since there is an extra empty bedroom in the house used primarily for storing my things that I will be selling/donating over the next week.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are 2 female roommates who are both students at UCF. They are clean, quiet, and wonderful people - I am very sad to leave them.

The bedroom is private. The bathroom is shared with 1 roommate. There is a 4th bedroom that can be used for storage for any extra furniture you may have that doesn't fit in the bedroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished and shared use amongst all roommates.

Rent is $470 a month and utilities usually run approximately $50 per person in the house (as it is split 3 ways). Rent and utilities are paid by the 15th of each month.
