I am a very outgoing 28 year old business professional looking to share my house with someone in a similar place of life.
I'm responsible, don't smoke or do drugs. I socially drink on occasion but don't party.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. We would share all common space. I keep my house very tidy and would expect the same of someone else.
This would be a great place for someone who has a BOAT since it comes with a boat slip.
Rent is 550 + 1/2 utilities + 1/2 internet = $675 + or -. $550 Deposit.
