Sublease Available ASAP Close LSU

I'm subleasing my apartment in Burbank Commons in December until July because I start nursing school in New Orleans in January. $449 a month for rent not including water, electricity, & wifi. The month of December will be paid for, even though I will be moving out December 12, 2015. There are three other female residents who are super sweet (I promise). Four bedroom and two bathrooms, so you share a bathroom with the person on your side (who takes up no space, btw). Your apartment overlooks the volleyball court and is close to the main office, so it is always kept in excellent condition. The few times something has broken maintenance has come the same day I put in a work order. Burbank Commons is close to LSU's campus and is even on the bus route. They have a nice pool, gym, beach volleyball court, and even a tanning bed. The apartment complex has activities going on most of the year for the residents that include a lot of free food, which is always a plus! Message me if interested or if you want to see pictures.
