I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January 1st to July 31st. I currently live at Rams Village, in a renovated apartment with three other girls. We pay $540/ month plus utilities and energy which usually is about $17 per person/month. Our apartment includes a living area, dining area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom on the main level as well as a bathroom on the upstairs level (2 showers, 2 toilets, 3 sinks), and tons of storage room. Rams Village includes parking, mail, pool, work out facilities, study room, free printing, bus service, etc.
