Two Roomates Seeking a Third!

Description

I am looking for a female roommate to sublet my bedroom in my 3 bedroom house with 2 current residents. A move-in date in December or January would be ideal, but I am more than willing to be flexible!
My room shares a bathroom with another roommate.
2 cats live in the house (Limit of 3 cats if you have a one you would like to live with).
No pet deposit required!
Wifi and electric are already set up.
Fully furnished kitchen and living room.
House built in 2014. Brand new appliances.
AMAZING location. 5 minute walk to Eigenmann Hall and Union St. 2 minute drive to College Mall.
If interested, you can either rent from Dec/Jan 2016-Aug 2016 or from Dec/Jan 2016-Aug 2017.
Since the semester is coming to an end, I will pay the eventual subletter $100 cash.
