Two rooms available in 4bed/2bath

Two female UK students looking for 2 roommates (preferably female).
Two rooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bath house! Rent is $350 per month with $350 deposit and we all split electric every month (~$50-80 per person)! Common areas: Large eat-in kitchen furnished with a dishwasher. A comfortable living room furnished with plenty of seating and a large TV. Washer and Dryer in the house. Internet, TW cable with DVR, water, trash all included by the landlord. Electric not included. One room is available now and the other room will be available in January 1st. No pets. No smoking.
